All customs and import fees must be paid for by the customer


Do you ship to my country?

I am offering shipping worldwide!
However, at this time, I am unable to ship to the EU and countries USPS does not ship to (Please check USPS's site for the most up-to-date list).
If you make an order and are shipping to any of these places, I will unfortunately have to contact you and refund your order.
Thank you for your understanding.


When will I get my items?
All items will ship in 3-7 business days after the order is placed unless it is indicated as a preorder item. All orders with preorder items will ship when the preorder items arrive. Thank you for your understanding and patience!


What if my address changes?
Please contact me with any address changes and your order number as soon as possible, and I will update your address!


What are the shipping options?
The standard shipping offered will be through USPS and will come with a tracking number.
US orders may take 3-7 days to deliver, and international orders may take anywhere between 1-4 weeks.

The customer is responsible for any and all import taxes and fees the package may incur, depending on your country's regulations/policies.


What if my order is lost?
Unfortunately, as soon as the package is mailed out, it is entirely out of my control what happens to it. Please contact your mail delivery service ASAP if the order is lost. I will also do whatever I can to help in the case of a lost order.


What happens if my order is incorrect/damaged/missing items?

Please inspect your order carefully upon receiving it. If there are any missing or damaged items, please take a photo of said items and contact me immediately. I will evaluate the issue and try to do what I can to help.


Can I return or refund items/my order?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges after completing checkout. Please review your purchase carefully before confirming.
